NASHVILLE - Linda Faye Conyers Davenport, age 81, passed away September 3, 2024. Linda was born August 17, 1943 in Ahoskie to James A. and Lillie N. Conyers of Tarboro.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her son, Eric Wayne Davenport; sister, Margaret Conyers Gray and daughter-in-law, Rebecca Davenport.

She is survived by her sister, Becky Conyers Grizzle (David) of Silver Creek, GA; sons, Herman Lee Davenport, Jr. and Robert Scott Davenport (Christina), both of Rocky Mount; 4 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Visitation with family and friends will be held Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Davis Little Funerals, Rocky Mount from 5-7 p.m. Interment will be private at Greenwood Cemetery.
