NASHVILLE - Michael Stephen "Mike" Smith, age 58, passed away September 15, 2024. He was born to Cecil and Nell Smith on February 16th, 1966. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Phyllis Smith Dunn and brothers, Dennis Dean Smith and Ronald Cecil Smith.

Mike is survived by his sisters, Janet Perry (Robert) of Elm City and Denise Pridgen of Rocky Mount; children, Casie Price (William) of Lucama, Dennis Smith (Makenzie) of Red Oak, Timmy Smith (Holly) of Wilmington and Matthew Smith of Castalia; 4 grandchildren.

The family will host a Celebration of Life and homegoing for Mike at 6 p.m., Thursday, September 19th at Corinth Baptist Church, 2883 N NC 58 Nashville.

They will receive friends immediately following the service. Floral tributes should be directed to Corinth Baptist Church.
