David Earl Proctor, 71, passed away October 6, 2024. He was born September 13, 1953 in Edgecombe County to the late Desmond and Nellie Hackney Proctor. He is also preceded in death by a brother Clyde Parham.

David is survived by his daughter Renee Mitchell (William); four grandchildren; brothers Wayne, Lee, and Ricky Parham, Earl Proctor, Jr.; sisters Mae Adams, Jean Blackwell, Ann Jones.
