NASHVILLE - Clara Diane Frye, 81, passed away January 10, 2024. She was born October 26, 1943 to the late Kenneth Olin Kennedy and Nannie Ree Stallings. She is also preceded in death by her husbands Charles Wayne Frye of Morrisville, and Donald H. Eilers of Rocky Mount; brothers Guy Jackson Kennedy of Halifax and Kenneth Gay of Raleigh; sister Delores O'Donnell of Michigan.

Diane is survived by her brother Hugh W. Kennedy of Lost City, WV; son, Kenneth W. Frye of Nashville; son, Michael L. Frye and his wife Shannon of Nashville; and three grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at Cornerstone Funeral home on Thursday, January 16th from 6-8 p.m.
