JOYCE HOLLAND BATCHELOR

MIDDLESEX - Joyce Holland Batchelor, 79, passed away April 20, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Joyner' Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. Rev. Johnny Sullivan and Rev. Hal Jones will officiate.

The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 12:30 - 1:45 p.m. at Joyner's Funeral Home, Wilson and other times at the home.

Joyce is survived by her husband of 62 years, Donald Ray Batchelor; children, Kim Murray and husband, Steve and their children; Michelle Rosamond and husband, Steve and their children; Melody Woodruff and husband, Troy and their children; and Brian Batchelor and wife, Lindsay and their children; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Janie H. Crumpler and husband, Wayne, and Sandy H. Taylor and husband, Aubrey, and her brothers, Ray Holland and wife, Wanda, Danny Holland and wife, Susie, Donnie Holland and wife, Diana, Jackie Holland and wife, Candy, and Robby Holland and wife, Linda, and her sister-in-law, Patricia Holland.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rupert and Lucille Holland, and her brother, Ronnie Holland.

Flowers are welcome or consider memorials in Joyce's memory to Free Will Baptist Children's Home, PO Box 249, Middlesex, North Carolina 27557.
