Both phases can be a reality now, isn't that wonderful? Around twenty acres of trees and wildlife habitat will be destroyed due to this extremely wasteful use of our monetary resources.

Last year, Jessica Lunsford, a young Florida girl, was abducted from home, raped and murdered by a convicted sex offender just released from prison. Her death exposed the awful fact that sexual predators, even when caught and convicted, are always looking for their next victim. Not all victims are murdered, but psychological damage inflicted on these defenseless children lasts a lifetime.
